Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated according to the current legislation (Art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and based on the following information. To exercise this right, it is necessary to send a communication via email to: servizio.clienti@opcosmetics.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The company commits to responding to the complaint within no more than 7 working days from receipt of the form and to issue any refund within 14 days. The goods must be shipped by the customer to our warehouse with transportation and shipping costs covered by the customer. Once the goods are received and it is verified that they are free from defects caused during transport, we will promptly process the refund via bank transfer only. The right of withdrawal will be granted only if the goods are returned in the same condition as received, complete in every part. In the case of partial withdrawal, the goods must be shipped to our warehouse at the customer’s expense for both the outward and return shipping. Liability
OP Cosmetics srl is not liable for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the websites opcosmetics.it and shop.opcosmetics.it, including delays and/or failure to deliver the product, discrepancies between the goods and the specifications published on the site, or for any other fact not directly attributable to OP Cosmetics srl.

Product Availability
In the product catalog published on the site opcosmetics.it, because orders can be placed online, product availability is updated in real time. Therefore, OP Cosmetics srl does not guarantee the certainty of the availability of the ordered goods.

Risk and Ownership
The goods are shipped with prepaid freight. In cases where the goods are shipped with freight payable, as requested by the customer, the risk is borne by the customer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier at our warehouse. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the qualitative and quantitative correspondence with what is stated in the accompanying document (DDT). Any discrepancies must be noted on the accompanying document and confirmed to OP Cosmetics srl within seven days by fax or registered mail. Even with intact packaging, the goods must be verified within seven days of receipt.

Current Promotions

• BLACK FRIDAY 2024: Promotions offered during the Black Friday period, defined by OP|COSMETICS as running from November 19 to 30, 2024, are subject to the use of a promotional code from those provided. The discount mentioned in communications is the maximum discount available and cannot be combined with any other discount codes—even from the same promotional campaign. The customer can take advantage of the Black Friday discount throughout the period specified above, with no further restrictions on minimum/maximum quantities or the number of orders in which the code can be used. The code does not offer additional discounts on items already reduced from the list price, including items on sale, clearance, or promotional kits. The code’s value is declared on the related promotional material. OP|COSMETICS reserves the right to change the promotion at any time, as well as to start it earlier without prior notice. However, OP|COSMETICS clarifies that any changes will not apply retroactively to already placed orders, for which OP|COSMETICS will honor the promotional terms in effect at the time of order.
• FREE ECRU LIPSTICK: The promotion follows the terms outlined in the promotional material, offering a free lipstick for each order exceeding €29.90. The free gift will be chosen by OP|COSMETICS SRL and provided strictly in the amount of one per order of other products. OP COSMETICS reserves the right to verify the order’s compliance with the promotion rules and make discretionary changes if the promotion’s rules are violated by the customer. In cases where more than one free gift is illicitly ordered, OP COSMETICS reserves the right to only provide one, at its discretion. Orders consisting solely of multiple free gifts will be canceled. Given the clarity of the promotion’s rules, OP COSMETICS will not refund shipping costs for orders considered fraudulent. OP COSMETICS reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities the details of those who act against the website’s mechanisms to obtain altered quantities or circumvent the promotion rules.
• DISCOUNT CODES: OP COSMETICS SRL reserves the right to issue discount codes of varying amounts depending on the promotional campaign, valid on all regularly priced items for sale on the site. Therefore, all items already on sale, discounted, or part of promotional kits are excluded.
