What does it mean when the order is complete?
It means that it is ready to be shipped.
What does it mean when the order is pending?
It means that we have received your order, but we are waiting for the bank to confirm the money transfer. As soon as we receive this confirmation, we will proceed with shipping your order.
Can I cancel the order?
If you need to cancel an order, you can contact us via chat or through the contact form. Alternatively, call 095 0935093 to get in touch with our Customer Service and request modifications or cancellation of the order.
Is it possible to make a return?
Certainly! Once you receive your order, you have 14 working days to change your mind. Contact us by phone or through the designated form on the website. It is essential to use the original packaging to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund on your purchase
What is the wishlist?
All registered users can have their own wishlist. If you like a product and don’t want to lose track of it, add it with a click, and you’ll always have it at your fingertips. Adding a product to the wishlist does not obligate you to purchase it: it’s just a convenience for you! It can also help you quickly find an item you want to repurchase.

No, our products can only be purchased online in our shop or at certified salons
How does shipping work?
Shipping in Italy is free for purchases over €29,90 and is carried out with TNT courier. Below this threshold, you will see a charge of €6 in your cart.
Shipping within Europe, outside of Italy, has a cost of €16.00 on all orders received.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another after it has been dispatched. The second email will contain a tracking link that allows you to follow the shipping of your package step by step.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, in addition to shipping throughout Italy, we only ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden.
What is the minimum purchase amount?
None! Add to your cart everything you desire, regardless of the cost. However, in Italy with a minimum spend of only €29,90, you won’t have to pay for shipping costs, meanwhile, shipping within Europe, outside of Italy, costs €16.00.
What are the delivery times?
Once the order is fulfilled, delivery within Italy will arrive within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), while for other European countries outside of Italy, delivery will take approximately 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Can I have the tracking code?

I’m completing the purchase, but the discount code is not being applied. Why is that?
The discount code applies to all items at the listed price for sale on the site. Therefore, all promotional items, clearance items, and/or discounted items, as well as kits that include multiple products, are excluded.

On the OP Cosmetics online shop, you can pay with the most common credit cards, including rechargeable or prepaid cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer in advance
